Guseog

Guseok is a bar in Busan that serves soju, sake, and snacks such as oden. A plate of dubu kimchi arrives as a complimentary service as soon as you sit down, and the Guseok Han Pan comes with broth, meat, Vietnamese pho, chives, and a meat sauce. There is outdoor seating, and the Suji Han Pan is a hot pot that includes pho. As the name suggests, it sits in a corner spot that is hard to find.
