Geujip Baetsal

Geujip Baetsal is an izakaya near Dongnae Station in Busan that serves salmon hoe, raw shrimp hoe, and sashimi. A mixed sashimi plate with salmon, bomdodari, and shimaaji is available, along with futomaki and stir-fried udon. A wait of about 10 to 20 minutes is set through Catchtable, and after the raw shrimp hoe, the shrimp heads come back fried. Because a wait forms, you have to go early.
