Yuzu no Hana is a sushi restaurant within walking distance of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Okinawa, serving sushi alongside Okinawan and general dishes. Customers choose the neta they want and have it pressed into 10 or 20 pieces, with sea urchin and salmon roe among the options. The restaurant has counter and table seating and a wide selection of Japanese sake and wine, and it is consistently full, so walk-ins without a reservation will not find a seat.
