Taira Noodle Factory

Taira Noodle Factory is an Okinawa soba shop in Makishi, Naha, just off Kokusai Street near Makishi Station. Its main dish is soba made with thick, chewy noodles produced in-house, served with soki and tofu. Orders are placed and paid for at the counter in advance, and water and tableware are self-service. The seating area holds around 15 seats, so bringing a suitcase or sitting as a group is difficult.
