Parlor Kao Soi

Parlor Kao Soi is a small stall specializing in Thai khao soi, located in Naha Makishi off Kokusai Street at the three-way junction of Heiwa-dori shopping street, across from the Makishi Carnival entrance. The signature khao soi comes with coconut milk and chicken broth, boiled and fried noodles, a chicken drum, onion, and pickled greens, with cilantro added to taste. Spice levels range from 1 to 5, and the owner takes orders in Thai. There is no indoor seating; about four tables are set up on the shopping street itself.
