Kamoni Kasu is inside a cafe on the first floor of Kitchen Hostel AO near Kencho-mae Station in Naha. It serves Osaka-style kasu udon, in which the flavor of kasu, the fried fat from beef offal, soaks into the broth, and the noodles supplied by a Sanuki noodle factory are chewy. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and orders are placed at the counter to the right behind the stairs inside the cafe. There is no signboard, so the shop is hard to find on a first visit.
