Juwari Soba Sanraku

Juwari Soba Sanraku is a soba restaurant across from the Hyatt hotel that serves 100% buckwheat soba and tempura. Its signature dishes are walnut sauce soba and beef onsoba, and the noodles are dipped into the warm broth served during the meal. Both the dining area and the restroom are clean, and staff response is quick. The noodles are not chewy and lean toward a dry texture.
