Izumi

Izumi is a sushi restaurant in Tomari, Naha, Okinawa that serves sushi and omakase. It offers a varied selection of tsumami, uses rice seasoned with red vinegar and white vinegar, and serves sake as well. At a wood-grain counter, the chef grinds wasabi and forms sushi in front of you, serving dishes in order from a small crab and crab innards side dish to shad, sea urchin, and conger eel. The course is on the expensive side, so you need to budget generously.
