EIBUN palette

EIBUN palette serves Okinawa soba and vegan soba on the first floor of Palette Kumoji department store in Naha, Okinawa. Diners choose among Eibun-men, namamen, and vegan noodles, and the menu also includes Asa soba and BUNBUN soba topped with three kinds of meat. Orders are placed by taking a meal ticket from the touch panel at the entrance and handing it to staff, and on weekdays around 2 p.m. parties have entered without waiting. Cash is not accepted; only cards and mobile payments are taken.
