Stir Laboratory

Stir Laboratory is a bar in central Naha, Okinawa, near Yui Rail Miebashi Station. It serves Okinawan cocktails and whiskey, including awamori and shochu cocktails, espresso martini, whiskeys from across Japan, and Scotch such as Glenfiddich and Glenmorangie. The signature cocktail here is an espresso martini made with awamori. Master Hiro makes the cocktails himself and runs YouTube and short-form video channels.
