Yugjanghwa

Yukjanghwa is a Korean restaurant near Taereung Entrance Station in Nowon-gu, Seoul, serving yukgaejang and yukgal ramyeon. The yukgaejang, made with gosari, sukju, and pa, has a less spicy, thick broth. It has operated since 2023, and food takes time to arrive after ordering, served with kkakdugi and cooled, fluffy rice. Lines can form or it may close early, and takeout is not available.
