Yangdeurim Seokgye Direct Branch is a lamb chop restaurant in Seokgye, Seoul, that grills only lamb chops over charcoal. It uses six-month-old lamb, so the meat has no odor and is tender. Staff cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and grill it at each table, and steamed egg and odengtang can be added on the side. Only a few parties are seated, so reservations are required.
