Wang Donkatsu Kalguksu

Wangdonkkaseu Kalguksu is a restaurant beside Seoul National University of Science and Technology that serves pork cutlets and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). Its wangdonkkaseu is made with thinly flattened domestic pork, fried until crisp, and topped with a special sauce. The pork cutlet and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) are served quickly after ordering, with large portions. The dried pollock kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) has a rich, spicy broth.
