Ttukbaegi Bajirak Kalguksu

Ttukbaegi Bajirak Kalguksu in Junggye-dong, Junggyebon-dong, Seoul serves bajirak kalguksu and kaljebi. The noodles are made from dough mixed with black sesame and various grains, and plenty of bajirak goes in to make a light, cool broth. Before the meal, a taste of yeolmu barley rice is served, eaten with yeolmu kimchi and cabbage kimchi. The kalguksu is on the pricier side.
