Tosok Sunchang Wang Sundae

Tosok Sunchang Wang Sundae serves Sunchang-style pi sundae and sundae guk in Sanggye-dong, Seoul, between Nowon Station and Sanggye Station. The signature sundae stuffs daechang (beef large intestine) with blood, glutinous rice, minced meat, bean sprouts, onion, and mushrooms. The sundae has a higher proportion of vegetables than blood, making it less heavy than Jeonju-style pi sundae, with the vegetables and blood mixing together. Head meat, mixed sundae, and baek sundae can be ordered as well.
