Sushi Hakuya

Sushi Hakuya is a sushi omakase restaurant in Sanggye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul, on the second floor of a building on Nowon-ro. It sits a fair walk from Nowon Station. The lunch course begins with steamed egg and seaweed, then moves through yellowtail sushi, conger eel sushi, and futomaki. Lunch runs in two seatings, 12 to 1 and 1:30 to 2:30, by advance reservation with all guests starting together, and the sushi is thinly cut with shari that falls apart.
