Shabu20 Nowon Sanggye is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant in Sanggye-dong, Seoul, serving beef, vegetables and Vietnamese wrap ingredients. Diners choose one of two broths, hwogwo or katsuobushi, and take ingredients and sauces from the salad bar. Draft beer is also all-you-can-eat, and after the meal affogato, coffee, ice cream and drinks can be taken out. The salad bar menu changes regularly.
