Sushi Rak is a restaurant in Seoul that serves sushi and sashimi. It offers flounder hoe, salmon sushi, aged hoe, and fried soy-marinated shrimp as set menus and lunch courses, along with a Couple B set that includes hoe. The restaurant has terrace seating and tableware arranged along the wall beside the tables, and it closes every Monday. Because the dining room has few tables, there is a line during the lunch and dinner peak hours.
