Seoseobang Gogi House

Seoseobang Gokitjip is a meat restaurant in Gongneung-dong, Seoul, grilling Black Angus flower galbit-sal and sulfur-fed samgyeopsal over charcoal. The galbit-sal uses Black Angus while the samgyeopsal comes from pigs raised on sulfur, so the ingredients differ by menu item. Kimchi, bean sprouts, and wasabi are served as basic side dishes, along with doenjang jjigae and steamed egg. The menu also includes kkodeul-sal and a spicy broth.
