Seonsuui Saengseonjip

Seon-su-ui Saengseon-jip is an izakaya in Seoul that serves aged hoe, grilled dishes, and okonomiyaki. Flounder and salmon hoe come as 18 pieces, and the tuna akami is served as maguro tataki, seared only on the outside. The owner runs the place alone, basic anju can be refilled, and reservations, takeout, and delivery are available. Rockfish (ureok) is deep-fried whole and served with either a sweet-and-spicy tangsuyuk sauce or a Japanese-style soy sauce.
