Seokcheon Charcoal Fire Galbi

Seokcheon Sutbul Galbi is an old charcoal grill house in Nowon-gu, Seoul, where pork galbi and rib galbi are grilled over true charcoal. The pork galbi comes as either pork collar or bone-in meat, served with side dishes of seasoned crab, lettuce and bean sprout salad, and dongchimi. After the meat, noodles such as myeolchi guksu or janchi guksu are served as a final course. The family-run restaurant has been open for over 20 years and draws regulars and families.
