Sanggye Sogeum Gui

Sanggye Sogeum Gui is an outdoor pork grill in the alleys of Sanggye-dong, Seoul. It serves raw pork collar, pork skin, and salt-grilled pork cooked over charcoal. The restaurant has been open for about 20 years, with covered outdoor seating, a few old fans, and no air conditioning. The open alley setting means those sensitive about hygiene should avoid it.
