Samjeong Jonghap Eosijang

Samjeong Jonghap Eosijang is a hoe restaurant in Gongneung-dong, near Seoul National University of Science and Technology, serving live-fish hoe such as sea bream, flounder, and croaker. The hoe is cut thick for a chewy texture, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) follows as a finish. Live-fish trucks arrive daily, and the dining room and private rooms are separate. The hoe portions are small.
