Psycho Sushi

Saikou Sushi is a Japanese restaurant in Junggye-dong, Seoul, serving sushi and Nagasaki champon. Its signature items are sushi topped with thick slices of raw fish and Nagasaki champon with thin noodles in a mild broth. Soup is brought only when requested, and a complimentary udon sometimes comes with the meal. During mealtimes, there may be a line to get in.
