Myeongi Kalguksu

Myeongikalguksu is a noodle shop in Dokkaebi Market in Gongneung-dong, Seoul, serving kalguksu and sujebi. The noodles are hand-kneaded, pulled and cut, then covered with a thick anchovy-based broth and served with kimchi and geotjeori. Water and side dishes are self-service, food arrives two minutes after ordering, and payment is made in advance. On weekends and at meal times a line forms, and the wait is over 30 minutes.
