Jeju Momnyang is a restaurant in Nowon-gu, Seoul, next to the Korea City Airport Limousine Terminal, serving Jeju-style gogi-guksu, gogi-gukbap and momguk. The gogi-guksu uses pork bone broth with medium-thickness noodles, sliced pork, seaweed flakes, scallions and shredded carrot, finished with gardenia-dyed noodles. The interior is clean and the pork bone broth tastes light, with side dishes served alongside. The flavors are plain, so it may disappoint anyone expecting something distinctive.
