Injeonggak is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor near Seokgye Station in Seoul. Its tangsuyuk uses a sweet-and-sour sauce with tender fried pieces, and its jjamppong gets a smoky flavor from briefly charring the vegetables. A single chef cooks each dish to order, so food can take time; calling ahead to reserve and order is better. Some noodle dishes become soggy and break apart.
