Ieodo Saengseon Gui

Ieodo Saengseon Gui is a Korean restaurant near Suraksan in Nowon, Seoul, serving grilled fish baekban and altang. It pairs mackerel braised with aged kimchi and grilled hairtail with dolsotbap. After the rice is scooped out, water can be poured into the hot stone bowl to finish as scorched-rice nurungji. The side dishes and soups are seasoned on the salty side.
