Hyudonjeong

Hyudonjeong is a restaurant in Gongneung, Seoul, specializing in Japanese-style tonkatsu. The modum katsu is made with thick, tender meat and comes with cabbage salad and miso soup. On weekends and around lunchtime, waits form, and the queue can be checked through the CatchTable app. A foreign object believed to be a toothpick over 3cm long was found inside the tonkatsu.
