Hana Shabu-shabu

Hana Shabu-shabu is a restaurant near Junggye Station that serves Japanese-style shabu-shabu and seiro-mushi. Beef sliced to order on a meat slicer comes with seven kinds of mushrooms plus bean sprouts, napa cabbage and bok choy, and the course continues with udon noodles and gyudon before dessert. Parking is available in the building, and counter seats allow solo dining. The counter seats are arranged side by side, which makes them uncomfortable.
