Gopchang Teukbyeolsi

Gopchang Teukbyeolsi is a restaurant near Suraksan in Nowon-gu, Seoul, serving grilled gopchang (grilled intestines) and gopchang jeongol. The trimmed gopchang and daechang (beef large intestine) are grilled without off-flavors and contain plenty of chewy interior, while the jeongol is boiled spicy and eaten with fried rice afterward. The building is a converted old detached house, and liver and cheonyeop are served free of charge. The jeongol is not salty and is characterized by its spicy taste.
