Gajaegol Sujebi is a sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) restaurant in Sanggye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul, at the entrance to the Suraksan hiking trail. It serves gamja sujebi, kaljebi, and ojingeo pajeon. The deulkkae gamja sujebi uses dough made from potato starch in a broth of perilla seeds ground with their skins. The kaljebi broth is clean and light, and the medium-spicy version is not very spicy; the ojingeo pajeon has almost no flour or batter and is eaten with a spoon, and it is not as crisp as it looks.
