Donghak

Donghak is a fusion folk pub in Gongneung-dong, Seoul, in front of Seoul National University of Science and Technology, serving makgeolli with food. Its signature turkey gui comes piled with a heap of buchu and honey mustard sauce, and diners also order haemul pajeon and kimchi jeon alongside it. The drinks include Slow Village and Bonui Dalbam makgeolli and melon makgeolli, and the menu is presented as a scroll that you unroll to choose. The wait is at least 30 minutes to an hour, and a reservation or holding a seat is necessary.
