Daegu Sutbul Makchang

Daegu Sutbul Makchang is a Seoul meat restaurant in Junggye-dong that grills kkodeul-sal, dwit-gogi and beef makchang over charcoal. Jumeok-gogi and galbi-sal are also on offer, with perilla leaf kimchi, myeongi namul and perilla leaf jang adding to the meal. Mushrooms and onions are unlimited, and kimchi stew and doenjang stew come with the meal. The owner serves guests in person and attends to the table.
