Cheonggycheonpalga Samsung Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) and makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Nowon’s Eunhaengsageori. It serves vegetable gopchang, al gopchang, and makchang fried until crisp in oil, while the gopchang is cooked a little longer after it arrives. Order takeout by phone 10 minutes in advance. A single serving is enough for two or more people, and the narrow, crowded dining room is mainly used for takeout.
