Bongpyeong Memil Guksu

Bongpyeong Memil Guksu is a makguksu restaurant in Seoul that serves mul makguksu and bibim makguksu. Nearly all of its ingredients are domestic, and the broth for the mul makguksu is mild and clean rather than sharp. The memil jeon arrives on a griddle and stays warm until it is finished. Noodles come out quickly after ordering, the interior is entirely floor seating, and the side dishes are pickled radish and yeolmu kimchi.
