Oculus Plaza sits next to the World Trade Center in New York and connects shops, food and drink spaces, and subway and train lines. A Korean market there sells drinks such as makgeolli, soju, and Terra along with food suited to Korean tastes. Santiago Calatrava designed the building, whose wing-like structure lets natural light through and holds two floors of stores. The space was restored and built after the September 11 attacks.
