The Modern is a two-Michelin-star fine dining restaurant inside the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. Its menu centers on courses that move from steak and fish mains to dessert. At lunch a three-course menu is available, and walk-ins have been seated, though reservations are recommended. The base soup and some courses taste salty to Korean palates.
