Soju House is a soju bar in New York's Koreatown that serves Korean drinking snacks such as samgyeopsal kimchi jjim and gopchang jeongol. The samgyeopsal kimchi jjim is made by boiling the meat until tender and cutting the kimchi into large pieces. Kimchi bokkeumbap is also on the menu, and there is a wait each time you go in K-Town. The bar accepts only cash or American Express cards.
