Ramen Ishida Chelsea is a Japanese ramen shop near Chelsea Market and the Whitney Museum that serves shoyu ramen and tsukemen. Its signature New Tokyo Style Shoyu is a ramen with a light broth, added umami, and truffle paste aroma. The broth is less salty and lighter than traditional ramen, and the noodles are thin. The tsukemen is served with hot broth and cold noodles on the side.
