Petite Boucherie is a small restaurant serving French dishes and French classics on the corner of Christopher Street and Gay Street in New York's West Village. It serves escargot, steak frites, French onion soup, and Norwegian egg, and cocktails and absinthe can be ordered at the bar. Large windows look out onto the Village street, and in summer the door and windows open so guests can dine as if outdoors. Indoor tables are closely spaced and seats by the door are uncomfortable.
