NY Dosas

NY Dosas is a vegan takeout stand in Washington Square Park selling Indian dosas and samosas. The rice-and-lentil crepe dosas include masala dosa, vegetable uttapam, and Pondicherry dosa, served with accompanying sauces. On a Friday at 12:30 p.m. there was a line, and the masala dosa took 30 minutes to receive, with no seating and eating on a park bench. The long wait line is a drawback.
