Nishida Sho-ten Bryant Park is a Japanese restaurant serving Hakata-style ramen near Bryant Park and the New York Public Library in Midtown. It offers white, black, and red ramen and a tantan broth, along with gyoza and karaage. This second location is easier to reach than the main branch, and the interior is clean with almost no wait. It works for a quick lunch, but the black garlic ramen does not stand out.
