Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao is a Chinese restaurant on 33rd Street in Midtown Manhattan, across from the Empire State Building. Its main dishes are crab and pork xiao long bao and truffle xiao long bao, and the wrappers can be seen being folded by hand through the street-facing window. Lines form during weekend peak hours, while a late lunch or early dinner shortens the wait. The xiao long bao skin is thick and sometimes bursts when picked up.
