Mitsuru

Mitsuru is a Japanese restaurant in New York that serves sushi and omakase. It has an eight-seat omakase bar and a few spaced-out small tables, and wine flights can be added. The chef's choice comes as five pieces, including yellowtail, sea bream, king salmon and tuna belly, with the shari served at the right temperature. The hand rolls are on the small side.
