Mercato

Mercato is a small Italian restaurant in Manhattan that serves lasagna, pasta, and seafood dishes. The menu includes lasagna, cod dishes, and house-made pasta, and an olive oil seafood pasta not listed on the menu can be made on request. A bright front space leads back through a small passage to a separate dining area, and there is bar seating as well. Seating and tables are close together, and the wooden chairs are uncomfortable.
