Menya Jiro New York

Menya Jiro New York is a Japanese ramen shop in New York that serves ramen, takoyaki, and fried chicken. Its Kagoshima ramen comes with noodles and chashu in a rich, savory broth, and the shop also sells chashu buns. In summer 2022 it presented ramen at the New York Food Festival and Japan Fest, where it also sold takoyaki and dumplings. The chashu can be dry or overcooked.
