Izakaya Juraku

Izakaya Juraku is a Japanese-style izakaya on the Lower East Side that serves ramen and skewers. Takoyaki, karaage, and wasabi-seasoned fries are served alongside drinks. The ramen comes in spicy, brown butter, and black garlic versions. On weekend evenings the seats fill up with customers.
