Hasaki is a Japanese restaurant in Lower Manhattan that serves sushi and sashimi. The omakase includes twelve pieces of nigiri made with seasonal fish, a hand roll, soup, dessert, and Japanese tea. At the counter omakase, the chef presents each piece of sushi with an explanation, and the restroom has a Japanese-style heated toilet seat. The omakase is on the expensive side.
