Amber

Amber is a restaurant on Christopher Street in New York's West Village that serves sushi, rolls, and Asian fusion dishes. The lunch special includes green curry chicken, and the yellowtail carpaccio and Chelsea Special Roll are signature items. A screen in the bar area shows New York Knicks games, and sake is available alongside the sushi. The room gets loud when it fills up.
